Located on Lusatian Lake District in Germany, Steeltec37 created a floathome design. Water element always inspiring every architect to create beautiful house design and focus on exploring water element itself. This Floathome design use stainless steel frame to avoid metal corrotion because of water environtment.
Floathome consist of two level storeys and has unique shape like a sail of a boat. Every space of this house use glass wall and completed by stainless steel trellis to reduce high intensity of sun light. Because of its location, on the water, this house has no courtyard and to replace this part, a wooden deck was avalaible there. A wooden deck round this floathome and connect to the land.

Located in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, CplusC Architects have designed a beach house project namely Curl Curl beach house, taken from beach name, Curl Curl, New South Wales, Australia. Curl Curl beach house has stunning result by exploiting the structural and aesthetic benefits of wooden material, which is common used in beach house.
This Australian beach house was a project combination among materials, time and cost-effectiveness. Overview of a particular project consist of two bedroom with built in robes, bathroom/laundry room, open dining room, kitchen, lounge and a bridges.
