Oakland hill house, is located on a down-sloping site high above the San Fransisco bay, Oakland, California. The concept of this house is capturing the magnificent vistas spanning from the Bay Bright to the Golden Gate Bridge. Dominated by glass window, Kanner Architects wants to make this house decorated by wonderful surrounding views. The predominantly south-southwest orientation required deep overhangs to cut down glare and soften the light quality in the home.

New concept of library already built in Koh Samui Resort, Thailand. He was Tirawan Songsawat who become intellectual architect behind this project. This library is located between old-growth trees on that resort and minimalist structure become the choice. The use of contrast color such as;white, red, black and grey become one of interesting point which fresh our eyes.

Located in Playa Carate, Peninsula de Osa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, Robles Architects has completed its project in designing a villa called ISEAMI house. Built on a hill which full of natural beach vegetation, this villa has wonderful view. When we open the door, beach line exist in front of the villa.

Point Perry beach house is two level minimalist house which is located in Coolum, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. A remodeling project of 1990′s beach house from Owen and Vokes Architects. The new owner wants additional bedrooms, bathrooms and car garage for their home. Manipulation of the existing building and natural topography establishes new connections between living spaces and the garden.

This minimalist home project is located in Somoboo, a district in Ribamontan Al Mar, Spain. Designed by three famous architects; Eduardo Fdez.-Abascal Teira and Florentina Muruzábal Sitges, this project was finished for 4 years and start 2004. Located in a housing estate,, on the other side of Santander bay, this house supported by wonderful surrounding view. It wall hung on hillside which looks upon ” Cubas ” estuary.
