Madrid Apartment Design: This project is an integral renovation of a duplex apartment in a block of flats in a residential area in Galicia. This property is a second home occupied occasionally, because they live in Madrid.

This is a duplex Madrid apartment design that occupies last two floors in a block of flat. Total floor of the block of flat are 4 levels, with two apartments on each floor. This block, which has antique style 30 years ago was placed in a residential area of ​​a city, following the urban development plan of a typical 80-year which is projected in the cities of Spain.

Gebhartstrasse Wooden Apartment is master piece of Halle 58 Architects. This small apartment is located in Liebefeld, Switzerland. Completed with sustainable features, this apartment offer something different with the other. Even We can easily find green space around this building and fell like stay in private residence. The most used materials in this project is wood and glass for the windows make this apartment’s interior warm.

An Interior is become a center or a heart of the building. The good design and arrangement of interior become the most important point of creating home sweet home, it’s because of we spent most of our time in our home. This philosophy is well adopted by Spanish Architect, Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez to transform the attic space of an early 20th century building in Madrid, into a new living space with a variety of levels. All parts of this interior are fully covered by ceramic. So the title of this house design is Ceramic House.
