This is a duplex Madrid apartment design that occupies last two floors in a block of flat. Total floor of the block of flat are 4 levels, with two apartments on each floor. This block, which has antique style 30 years ago was placed in a residential area of a city, following the urban development plan of a typical 80-year which is projected in the cities of Spain.
