Beach house design is always interested to be discussed here. And an architecture firm which has two offices in Melbourne and Sydney, Bates Smart Architects has designed a beach house the Salvado Street Residence in Perth, Australia. This residence is for retired couple and located in Cottesloe, Western Australia. So this beach house design is made for a compact and low maintenance residence. Inspired by a beach house, the Salvado Street Residence is a modernist house with a clear and rational design. Some adjustment is implemented for full fill the needs of the owner.

House Design : Glowing Hurtado Residence by Mark Tracy

This house design project was aimed to present art gallery nuance into a private residence. Really challenging house design concept to be realized. This 10,000 square feet house is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is Mark Tracy, american designer of Chemical Spaces who become architects of this house design. It is called as Hurtado Residence which is consists of three level and divided into 3 spaces. This house design used spectacular lighting both for its interior and exterior. Maybe this is influenced by Las Vegas city nuance that very glowing every day. This project take almost 2 year, started from design in June 2009 and construction was completed in January of 2011.

Inside Out House is modern Japanese house with minimalist style. This is an Architecture project of Takeshi Hosaka Architects and located in Tokyo, Japan. A simple and minimalist box Japanese house with earthquake resistant technology. This is a project of a Japanese house for a married couple and two cats. The Japanese house design idea come from their love to the cats. They want to design a house for living together with their cats, rather than cats living in a house designed for humans. And the result is a house which has outside atmosphere.
