360 Winnett House has been designed by Altius Architecture in Toronto, Canada. The foundation of this small house plans was how to create new construction of an open space concept in a house. This minimalist house design has 3 bedroom and suitable for small family. The 24′ centrally located double height volume brings in natural light, casting dramatic shadows, marking the passage of time during the day whilst acting as a “lantern” at night.

A small house design concept was initiated by Secrest Architecture. This small house design is called Silvertree Residence and located in Tucson, Arizona. As an open space house, the use of large glass in every part of this small house design become familiar and become a domination. The arrangement of every room space in this small house design is quite compact. But minimalist touch from Secrest Architecture for this small house design make it far from bored situation.

House Design : Glowing Hurtado Residence by Mark Tracy

This house design project was aimed to present art gallery nuance into a private residence. Really challenging house design concept to be realized. This 10,000 square feet house is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is Mark Tracy, american designer of Chemical Spaces who become architects of this house design. It is called as Hurtado Residence which is consists of three level and divided into 3 spaces. This house design used spectacular lighting both for its interior and exterior. Maybe this is influenced by Las Vegas city nuance that very glowing every day. This project take almost 2 year, started from design in June 2009 and construction was completed in January of 2011.
