Located Atlantic Beach, New York, Belmont Freeman Architects has designed the Kowalewski Residence. Two level minimalist house is placed in an established beach community on Long Island. The detail of exterior is very beautiful, the architects create eye catching wall combination. The arrangement of the windows and the doors improve the beauty of this house. From the interior side, this house looks wider due to less of divider. Room by room of this house are not separated by wall, only use special arrangement of furniture. The design of the stair is quite unique, by using only one steel structure as the center support of the ladder itself.

The Maintencillo House is a stage house with minimalist style and made from wood. Designed by Jonas Retamal, Maintencillo House is built on the coast of Chile’s Valparaíso Region. Main house is placed in the second floor (like a stage) and space below the house is used as a garage and a warehouse to keep their goods. The natural color of this house come from wood texture, just finishing touch is implemented to make it glow.

AGi Architects has design wonderful Star House in Bnaider, Kuwait. The Star House is a beach house with minimalist style. Wonderful beach view placed in front of this house and be one of strong points that will be seen on pictures below. The architects make this house blends with the natural topography of the coastline of Kuwait.
