ISEAMI Villa Design from Robles Architects
Located in Playa Carate, Peninsula de Osa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, Robles Architects has completed its project in designing a villa called ISEAMI house. Built on a hill which full of natural beach vegetation, this villa has wonderful view. When we open the door, beach line exist in front of the villa.

This villa is become the first stage of the ISEAMI institute (Institute of Sustainability, Ecology, Art, Mind and Investigation). The main purpose of this villa is become main area of this institute, so the student can use this villa for host of investigation, meditation, training, Yoga and enjoy the wonderful view of the coast in Costa Rica.
As an Architect Firm, Robles Architects seriously design this villa by analyzing 10 important elements as : site, climate, energy, water, materials, environment, atmosphere, cost, innovation with the use of passive strategies and the implemented processes. The analyzing result is quite useful for create a house in remote area without facing problem like electricity supply, water supply and also problem for surrounding environment itself. So the villa can complete the main concept as a very low maintenance house
This villa use a large glass window to adsorb as much as possible thermal energy from the sun. The other reason is to enjoy much the wonderful view from inside the villa. A swimming pool is provided for relax activity after busy from daily institute activity.
