Minimalist House, Casa D by Damilano Studio Architects

Damilano Studio Arrchitects, Cuneo based architecture firm has finished minimalist house design, Casa D. This minimalist house design is located in Cuneo, Italy. Consist of three main space in the same level, the architects has successfully connect each room with elegance way. This house is categorized as small private house, total only consuming 374 sm.

Casa D, Italian Minimalist House

The used of large glass windows in this minimalist house is quite dominant. Every space has one large glass window, give effect looks like no barrier between interior and exterior part. This quite attractive way, when the architects also make medium size swimming pool right in front of this house terrace. When we see from front side, this house looks like floating on a swimming pool. An idea for creating fresh nuance into a house.

Let’s back to the interior design, Casa D has simple arrangement. Using soft and bright color for the wall and ceiling, the interior looks very clean and wider. Supported by minimalist furniture with similar color, the architects make interior of this house very wonderful. For the floor, Damilano Studio Architects use high quality ceramics tile and processing wood. It’s look that the architects want to perform natural texture inside this house.

For the exterior side, like what I’ve mentioned before, Casa D has medium size swimming pool. This pool is directly connected with the terrace of this house. This part has two function, as a terrace for the house and deck for the swimming pool. Nice integration by Damilano Studi Architects.

Overall Casa D is new concept offered by Damilano Studio Architects. Good integration between interior and exterior make this minimalist house beautiful. The present of medium size swimming pool also increase the attractive point of this house. The architects has make a good combination between modern minimalist style and natural nuance into Casa D.
