Raye street house is located on Queen Anne Hill, Seattle, Washington. This project is done by Ryan Rhodes Designs.
Site Concept:
This house is facing north to maximize the unobstructed views, while it’s private yard is placed in the southern part. The house takes advantage of views and natural topography and create easy access for both vehicles and pedestrians.
Design Concept
This house is designed to bring together a contemporary lifestyle, combined with hints of traditional Queen Anne aesthetics by incorporating a subtle blend of clean, modern lines with rich comfortable materials.
This house consists of two simple forms ( a rectangle and a box) which is combined to get advantage of the dynamic views.
