Located Atlantic Beach, New York, Belmont Freeman Architects has designed the Kowalewski Residence. Two level minimalist house is placed in an established beach community on Long Island. The detail of exterior is very beautiful, the architects create eye catching wall combination. The arrangement of the windows and the doors improve the beauty of this house. From the interior side, this house looks wider due to less of divider. Room by room of this house are not separated by wall, only use special arrangement of furniture. The design of the stair is quite unique, by using only one steel structure as the center support of the ladder itself.

We present a very wonderful house which become the dream for every people in the world. Maybe only a few house in the world which have large swimming pool on the roof. Coupled with a beautiful ocean scenery, we can enjoy sun bathing every day and look up the star all night.

The Universe House designed by Gabriel Orozco and built by architect Tatiana Bilbao in Roca Blanca, Mexico, has two bedrooms under the roof. This house is made from cast concrete, prefabricated blocks, whitewashed plasterwork and wood. Stay at this home is like exploring the world of dreams. So are You inspired?

Casa Kimball is a private beach house and luxurious rental villa, which is located on the North Coast of The Dominican Republic. Build on a cliff with beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, where from each suites we can view out of the ocean. Even though uses a lot of open space concept, this buildings are designed to give privation to people inside from views of neighboring villa.

The interior spaces are well connected to exterior spaces through giant windows and doors. So the sun light can enter the buildings easily, throughout the year. Light at sunset rakes through trees, casting dappled sunlight on the light stone floors in the evening. A long infinity edge pool creates a seamless edge of water in front of the ocean, hiding terraces at cliff edge that allow visitors to experience the ocean’s roar as waves break on the rocks below.

The villa is about 20,000 square feet, already completed on December 2008 by Rangr Studio, and includes two indoor and two outdoor lounges, a dining room with a view centered on the pool out to the ocean, and an outdoor bar area.
