Home Design Idea

Located on Lusatian Lake District in Germany, Steeltec37 created a floathome design. Water element always inspiring every architect to create beautiful house design and focus on exploring water element itself. This Floathome design use stainless steel frame to avoid metal corrotion because of water environtment.

Floathome consist of two level storeys and has unique shape like a sail of a boat. Every space of this house use glass wall and completed by stainless steel trellis to reduce high intensity of sun light. Because of its location, on the water, this house has no courtyard and to replace this part, a wooden deck was avalaible there. A wooden deck round this floathome and connect to the land.

A modern house with minimalist style and consist of three floor was taking place in San Francisco, California. We called this house as Russian Hill Residence, is a house design idea from John Maniscalco Architecture. This House is very beautiful, John give glass touch in every outer wall and function as well as window. From this part, we can enjoy surrounding panoramic view from the inside of this house. John also add another facilities to enjoy the city. A simple rooftop garden can be used to refresh our mind from daily activity. Wonderful House Design Idea I think.

North Bay Residence has been designed by Prentiss Architects. This house is located in Washington State, USA. The architects plays combination between natural stone, steel frame, wood and glasses for all part of this house. North bay residence adopt classic and modern style, in my opinion. Classic due to the use of natural stone as their wall and floor. Modern can be seen from large glass window and the arrangement of the interior side. This project is quite amazing not only from the architecture but also from surrounding natural view.
