Matthias Benz Architecture & Design had completed its project called Casa Schierle. Located in a Picturesque village near Munich, Germany, this house is completed by sustainable features. Its architecture and interior design are very interesting and couldn’t help noticing the beautiful indoor color palette, a subtle combination of white, green and wood elements.

One more of a house design that can be categorized as sustainable design and environmentally friendly. Located in Austin, Texas, Dick Clark Architecture finished this project with minimalist design touch. An effort has been tried to built a City View Residence with little impact on the environment. The house has a 3kw solar panel system, instant hot water heaters, bio foam insulation, rain water collection that irrigates a good portion of the lot, very efficient mechanical systems, and low e glass.
I mention this house as a house that is very environment friendly. Why is that? This house offers many sustainable features such as highly efficient boilers, photovoltaic panels and an Energy-Star rated “cool†roof. Maybe photovoltaic panels has been widely found in many previous house design, while the an Energy-Star rated “cool†roof is something new in home technology. So this house would not be worried about the energy needs of both day and night with these tools.
