This minimalist home project is located in Somoboo, a district in Ribamontan Al Mar, Spain. Designed by three famous architects; Eduardo Fdez.-Abascal Teira and Florentina Muruzábal Sitges, this project was finished for 4 years and start 2004. Located in a housing estate,, on the other side of Santander bay, this house supported by wonderful surrounding view. It wall hung on hillside which looks upon ” Cubas ” estuary.

Redesign project is not as easy as if we make a new house. All ideas should match with existing house which will be redesigned. At least we should maintain 75% of original design. And Schola Architecutre has successfully showed how to finish redesign project of Temple Hills Residence in Laguna Beach, California.

This house was originally a cottage beach that had stood since 1950. Built on the hill and overlooking to the beach is one of attractive side from this house. In the other hand, this house had been completed with artistic interior design. You can see the interior details from the pictures below. Really give comfort if we live in the Temple Hills Residence.

This house design idea comes from Netherlands Architects firm, Wiel Arets Architects. Dominated by glass at all walls, this simple box house can reflects all surrounding objects. With the simple shape, glass box house looks very sparkling, which become trend in millennium era.
