Sun Cap House is a modern house design located in Sentosa Cove, Singapore. Wallflower Architecture and Design make this contemporary house plan stand in the front of river flow as a response to the projected urban density and the site’s local environment. Minimalist style is become Wallflower Architecture and Design’s choice in this house design project. Sun Cap House consists of two level and each level has a space for the owner to enjoy sunlight reflected from the river. This space use special glass to capture surrounding views.

Aveleda’s house design is a modern villa design with minimalist style. Dominate with box shape, this new house design is created by Manuel Riberio. Located in Braga, Portugal, this architectural house design has a home design idea as parts from the concept of being located near by the old Roman city of “Bracara Augustae”, where the ancient Roman houses, the Domus, were built around an internal square. Manuel Riberio as an architects tried to take the most of the land to create a connection with the house interior, leaving a view of the valley and the square that exists between the two bodies housing

Located in Gold Coast, Australia, BDA architecture have design minimalist beach house. A luxury house plans with two part and divided into five floors.
