The Maintencillo House is a stage house with minimalist style and made from wood. Designed by Jonas Retamal, Maintencillo House is built on the coast of Chile’s Valparaíso Region. Main house is placed in the second floor (like a stage) and space below the house is used as a garage and a warehouse to keep their goods. The natural color of this house come from wood texture, just finishing touch is implemented to make it glow.

The “Reveal’ cabinet is a piece made from recycled floor-boards, the simple form of the exterior contrast with the rough character of the the planks from which it is made.
